School Holidays

Shaine's infant care was closed on 10 and 11 Aug therefore we took this opportunity to bring the two kids back to Malaysia so that they have a chance to meet their cousins. Most of the time, when we went back on Friday night or over the weekends, they'll be back in their own house.

The two kids have a wild time in Malaysia because they travelled in the car without being strapped to the car seat, played with water almost every afternoon and got to sleep at almost midnight after supper. We also brought them to Malacca for a day trip. The weather was very hot and Shaine became really rosy from the heat....
It was a good break for us because we get to be with the two kids almost everyday. Shaine is at the possessive stage now. Almost every item that you take, she says it's "Shaine's". Whenever she drinks water, she'll hold up her cup or water bottle and says "Cheers". She must have learn this in ZB. One 'achievement' Shaine made during this period is, she can finally do her BIG business on the toilet bowl. Previously, when she told us she needs to poo-poo, we'll put on a diaper for her so that she can stand and do it in a quiet corner. Now, we can save more on diapers. :)

Ian is a "carry all the time" baby. He can't be put down!! The moment I bend wanting to put him down, he'll cry. Really buay tahan him....Hope this phase will be over soon.
