Brought the kids to Marina Square last Fri and chanced upon this lady who does balloon sculpturing in the mall. Shaine asked for a cat and Ian asked for an aeroplane. She is very creative and can make practically anything the kids asked for except for cartoon characters. I found out that she charges $200 for an hour during parties.
